Senior/Semi-Senior Practice Accountant. (Full-time or Part-time)

Location: Bridgnorth Office

Wallace Crooke is seeking a dedicated Senior/Semi-Senior Practice Accountant to join our small, hardworking team in Bridgnorth. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to contribute to a supportive and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies for review and completion.
• Preparing VAT returns on behalf of clients.
• Responding to and resolving client queries in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications & Experience:

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience with bookkeeping software such as Sage, QuickBooks, and Xero.
• Knowledge of IRIS accounts preparation software is a plus.
• Be self-motivated, hardworking, and capable of working both independently and as part of a small, dedicated team.
• Possess strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships.
